When creating our products, their quality is very important to us. As some products are rich in handmade embroidery, lace and tulle, the process  of caring for your clothes is an important part of ensuring their longevity. All items are recommended to be washed very delicately by hand washing with water of a temperature of 30 degrees in Celsius, or less.

RETURN INFORMATION

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 15 - 30 days.
